Terms & Conditions for Producers

All producers businesses must be based within Otaki and Te Horo boundaries.

Stall fee for Producers Market is $25
-
Stalls are outdoors and will be assigned by the Event staff

Producers Market will be based on the grass area of the Ōtaki Market
-
Vehicles, trailers or similar are not permitted

We reserve the right to accept or decline any booth application

Stall space is 3x3

There is limited power available, please enquire if you require power

You will need to provide a marquee and a table

There is a maximum of 25 stall sites available on the grass area

Producers must grow or produce their own products

Producers can sell: Fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers. Eggs, Olives, Seasonal produce. Coffee, tea. Small batch jams, chutneys and honey. Wine, cider, beer, spirits, Liqueurs. Juice or other non alcoholic beverages. Olive oil, sauces, chocolates, sweets. Ice Cream, cream, milk, cheese and dairy products. Crackers, breads and pastries..
Once approved you will receive a confirmation email from the Ōtaki Market, which will include all the details about set-up, parking, payment etc.
