• All exhibitors' businesses must be based within Otaki and Te Horo boundaries.

• Stall fee for Producers is $50 for OTHBA Members, $100 for non members (click here to join OTHBA)

• Stalls are outdoors  and will be assigned by the Event staff 

• Vehicles, trailers or similar are not permitted 

• We reserve the right to accept or decline any booth application

• Stall space is 3x3​

• There is a maximum of 25 stall sites available on the grass area

Producers can sell

Fresh fruit and vegetables. Eggs, Olives, Seasonal produce. Coffee, tea. Small batch jams, chutneys and honey. Wine, cider, beer, spirits, Liqueurs. Juice or other non alcoholic beverages. Olive oil, sauces, chocolates, sweets. Ice Cream, cream, milk, cheese and dairy products. Crackers, breads and pastries

• Stall fee $20 (3x3)

• Craft stalls can be from outside the Otaki & Te Horo boundaries.

• Stalls are outdoors  and will be assigned by the Event staff 

• Vehicles, trailers or similar are only permitted in a car space. (Please not no large utes or SUVs)

• We reserve the right to accept or decline any booth application

• Stall space is 3x3​

• There is a maximum of 30 stall spaces available.

Craft Stalls can sell

Art & Craft, jewellery, earrings, soaps, original art, candles. Plants, flowers, trees, garden art. Collectables (limited to five sites).  Handmade craft, health and beautify.
